Description

Had a near miss with a large open standpipe on main street yesterday. See attached.

Someone's going to get seriously hurt if this isn't fixed ASAP.

still a big hole in the ground. cones and horses were placed adjacent to the hole. but nothing in the hole to let folks know it's there.. reported this over a week ago... bush league streets management!

streets department responded to the job and determined this is a PGW concern. they covered the hole with a large plate. city resolved the issue without assigning the ticket to PGW.
