This issue is a potential parking violation that was originally submitted on 3-12-2013. That's nearly a year ago....! Chances are.......the illegally parked auto is no longer there so it will be hard for Parking Enforcement (or whomever) to ticket it and then come back to CLickFix and report implementation.
Problems like this with the application make ClickFix a bit irritating for me to use. A good percentage of the time when I open an "issue" it was submitted a very long time ago and apparently nothing has been done about it yet or maybe the issue has been "solved" and ClickFix hasn't removed it from the issue list. I get tired very quickly when such issues pop up as another "notfication" in my email inbox.
The design of ClickFix needs to be tightened up. So far, I find it more irritating because of such "clumsiness" in the application rather than useful.
Basically, I would like the application to succeed. I am involved in public space and transportation issues for a local ANC and the application could potentially be useful to us, but unfortunately it currently is not.
It will be interesting to see if anybody from ClickFix reads this.
I think at this point you can call dc311 and ask them the status. Perhaps there was a glitch that prevented their response to get on this site. Anybody can call and mention the tracking number but if you do it you might be able to ask how this happened.
