Hello,
The sprinklers at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal are drenching the entire bike racks at 6:45am when bikers are arriving to lock up their bikes. This started the week of 4/9/18 and I'm not sure if it's temporary but perhaps they can go on earlier or later than the ferry commute times. Thank you.
