Description

The traffic light at Fox Hill (16 & 1/2) and Ryan is now set to blinking during non rush hour times. Durning this time there have been several accidents, some serious including a roll over accident. There are houses close to this interesections, some that have small kids. There is also a school just down the road and this corner is used often by the kids. Before someone is killed they need this changed. A patition by the Fox Hill residence was denied by the city because the city feels that a solid light 24/7 would distrubt the flow on Ryan, but in one recent Friday afternoon I personally witness one accident and 3 near miss accidents. This needs to be changed.
