Hi Ben,

I understand that the public would like more bike racks, but to put over 20 requests in one day, i felt like it was a waste of a good websites resources for an issue that couldn't be "fixed" anytime in the foreseeable future. Also i can tell you first hand, that the poster of all of these bike rack requests would have gotten better results with requesting 2 rack every 6 moths. NYCDOT has guidelines in installing these racks and gets thousands of rack requests usually around summer time. I am trying to help this site by cutting the fat and streamlining what can actually be "fixed" and help to nudge the right municipal or federal agency in that direction.
