Hmmm...the plot thicken: according to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration website, K&T Bowman Trucking based at 1 Birch Street is a Carrier/Shipper, but is defined as "not authorized" which means "Carrier does not have any operating authority and is not authorized to operate." Further investigation shows that their authority as a motor property contract carrier was granted back in 1992, but revoked August, 2011.
