Sharraxaadda

on the south side of kirkwood, between auburn and minock there has been a hole that is washing under the street. the hole has been there since 2013 and i have called the water dept numerous times and all they do is cover it up with bigger and longer boards. the last time out, they put a marker and orange cones around the hole but nothing is ever done. i'm afraid the road may wash out or some kids might get hurt playing around it. i have given up calling the water dept as nothing has been done for almost 5 years, so i am asking you to please look into this matter. thank you for your time
