Valley Rd & 2nd St from Hill St to Hospital St needs litter, leaves, debris cleaned up ASAP. It looks terrible, the drains are clogging up & when the city sends a crew they need to remove the bags that they fill up with Litter the same day. The last time they came out and cleaned up they left all the bags for weeks and they were broken back open and they have never been back to clean it up. There are a lot of businesses down here and we get a lot of trash from people riding through. We pay a lot of taxes and we expect our neighborhood to be cleaned up, and we demand that this be a regular thing. Keep it Clean!
