Do Not Close this Issue until it is Fixed!! Huge Pothole in middle of N. 2nd St between Hospital St & the RR tracks where N. 2nd changes over to Valley Rd. I have submitted this issue twice and marked on the map the part of the road was damaged and it keeps getting close to because it says it's not the correct address. I really don't know how a pothole has an address but I've been very explicit in my comments and now this third report where this pothole and it's huge. It looks like there was a water main break that's never been fixed because the last time we had the really cold weather second Street was about 6 inches of ice. This pothole is over 6 feet wide and probably a foot deep now and it is been there for almost a month. My business is located at 1320 Valley Rd. just on the other side of those railroad tracks so if you need me to show you the problems on Valley Road please call me and set up an appointment and I will be happy to show somebody from the city what this road looks like because this one big pothole is huge but there's potholes all the way down Valley Road.

This pothole came up after the last ice storm and it was reported over a month ago and nothing has been done.

This Pothole appeared after that storm where there was probably 4 inches of ice frozen on this road. It is huge. City needs to check to make sure there is no underground leak.

2nd St from Hill St to the RR Tracks where the road changes to Valley Rd is a dangerous sheet of ice. The closed is closed, but the City has not put any sand or chemicals on the road. The source of this frozen water is unknown & is not from precipitation. My business is located on the other side of the RR tracks & prevents coming in this way off of 95. What is the plan?

Valley Road from Hospital St up to 2nd Street is full of litter from one end to the other. There are mattresses out there from a year ago, furniture, paper bottles, trash and it looks horrible and the city needs to come down here and clean this up. The City of Richmond just spent all this effort and money to put a bike path on Fairfield Way when Valley Road has been torn up and has needed paving for over a year it's unsightly and it needs to be cleaned up. We pay our taxes to down here and we need some attention from our city. If our mayor really wants to clean up Richmond you can start on Valley Road. I was told last summer that Valley Road was going to be completely re-pave it and it has not happened so what is the plan for that.

More trash on N. 2nd St. between Valley Road and Hill Street. The city needs to come down here and clean up the whole block! I have been reporting these issues for over a month and nothing has been done!

Well more trash is been added to N. 2nd St. just south of Hill Street over the weekend. There is stuff that's been out there for over a month that I have reported several times on SCF.

Furniture dumped on side of N 2nd St.

Loose garbage on both sides of 1400 N. 2nd St down to RR Tracks at Valley Rd. Needs to be picked up before it rains & washes down to drains.

Trees have fallen off of the property on the other side of the sidewalk across the fence and are hanging down impeding traffic in the road. They need to be cut him remove so people have access to the sidewalk as well as the road.

There's a big tree that has fallen over onto the sidewalk and someone has pulled up behind that and dumped a mattress, a dress and some other household items on the sidewalk. The whole block is full of litter.

Second time I reported this pothole in the 2000 block of W. Laburnum Ave. on the eastbound side it's big enough for your tire to fit in and it's about broke in my car. Actually Laburnum Avenue needs to be paved there's many potholes I just hit another one 1600 block of West Laburnum

Dumped last night a set of twin mattresses on 2nd St between The RR Tracks and W. Hill St.

When will Valley Rd be opened to traffic. It has been closed for weeks & is really bad for the businesses on Valley Rd.
