Description

Owner of 245 cleared out her driveway and hired 3 guys to shovel her front walk. I spoke to them because they were shoveling the snow from her front walk onto the sidewalk. They were uncertain if they were going to shovel the sidewalk. Told then to remind the owner that clearing the sidewalk is the law. The road is very narrow along the Seawall and a dangerous place to walk due to speeding cars. School starts Tuesday and kids/families will end up walking in the street. A neighbor who uses a walker could be seen hugging the side of the roadway because this portion of the sidewalk is impassable. The neighbor at 249 is usually pretty good at shoveling but seems to be following 245's lead. LCI, please make them shovel their sidewalks.

Before people jump in and suggest helping to clear the sidewalk, the last neighbor who tried to be nice broke his snowblower because her sidewalk is always covered with debris and she never cleans it.
