Land Bank Property

As of 4/9, there are now derelict vehicles being parked here.

I thought this was land bank property. Unpaid taxes, and no sale shown on the City of Lansing Assessors Website. THe current owner lives in Naples, Florida. THIS IS BLIGHT!!!! What is the status i,e Owner, violations issued, demolition, etc! This has been an unsafe structure for years and I have reported this numerous times. The City of Lansing and Ingham County (if applicable) need to provide answers.

This property has been mess and I have reached out to Code Compliance and Building Safety again. The property owner has redeemed their taxes just before it was to go up for tax sale. I will also check with the Ingham County Treasurer.
