Opis

At the corner of Woodstock & Lakeshore there has been a pot hole for 3 years and the city never seems to fix it. The last time they did they did it incorrectly putting pavement over water> They need to remove all the debris and compact the subbase then install the pavement with binder 4" thick then finish pavement 3" min. and seal it so water cant infiltrate and destroy the subbase.

This is in Eastlake not Willowick. Please send report to correct city.
