Car with any obnoxiously loud exhaust. I always hear this car coming and going through out the day and night. Many people have complained and Willowick's finest have done nothing.

I know of a friend who used a chain saw one morning before 8 AM. This was in the country within Lake county. Someone about a half a mile away called the Lake County Sheriff and my friend was warned that Lake County has an noise law during certain times of the day. No DB meter was used it was just considered a nuisanace. Something to look into.
It use to be nice on a warm day or night to have windows open with a quiet breeze and have some inmature idiot reving his car or bike or playing a loud boom box. They are not making any neighborhood friends, like they say "what goes around comes around".
