Was this fixed? The length of time that has passed without any comments or apparent action is troublesome, because it tells citizens that their voices are not being listened to. The city may have fixed it, but that is not apparent here.
I have seen comments left by the City on other issue posts that they want people to use THEIR site (http://apps.sandiego.gov/streetdiv/sreq_opt1.jsp) to report issues, not this one. I have found that site is very unwieldy and difficult to use. Yes, I have left trouble calls on that site and YES, they have without exception been acted upon, but I experienced multiple error codes, many occasions of the site being down, and most frustrating, a interface that is very time consuming. It is barely able to zoom to the proper level of detail. SeeClickFix is FAR quicker AND it has an app, so you can report it on the spot! The City may like their own systems but we the citizens do not....so they need to accommodate our desires.
