Lip is directly in the path of cyclists and forces us to ride in the middle of the road to get around it

1356-1398 Muirlands Vista Way La Jolla, CA 92037, USA - La Jolla
This hole is pretty deep and you can see the underlying concrete and pavement is going to get undermined by rain and abuse and start damaging the whole road soon.

Water main problem OpenCorner Of Front St. And Washington St. San Diego, CA 92103, USA - San Diego City Council District 3
I have never seen this corner without standing water. Clearly there is leakage from the water main here. Also, since it's in the middle of a crosswalk people have to walk around it, which is unsafe.

This is the second section lifting up on Lark. That seam is about 3 inches high almost all the way across.

Creates a pretty good jolt. It has been patched/bridged a few times to make the drop less jarring, but the patch is really not effective.

3877-3899 Park Blvd San Diego, CA 92103, USA - North Hills
I sat on my scooter for two light cycles and the left turn arrow never came on even when a car sat behind me for one of them. I finally moved forward and sat in the pedestrian crosswalk and the car behind me moved forward. Not sure whether there was another car behind him or not but it finally triggered on the third cycle. The pad is either too far forward (see how it's past the stop line?) or too far back. Or it's just not working.

3268 Florida Dr San Diego, CA 92104, USA - North Park
This is a trash collection periodicity issue. It's Sunday April 1st 2012 and these dumpsters are completely full. This issue has been a problem in the past and the City clearly need to increase the periodicity of pickup here. The other dumpsters at the entrance to the Morley Field (off Texas St) park are pretty full too.

3475 Talbot St San Diego, CA 92106, USA - Wooded Area
Talbot St got major water and/or sewer line repairs, which is great infrastructure work. But these concrete fillings are very rough and on a street as steep as this, incredibly dangerous for cyclists going down this hill considering the number of transitions from asphalt to concrete and back. Detailed photos to follow.

1750 Fiesta Island Rd San Diego, CA 92109, USA - San Diego City Council District 6
Fiesta Island is typically the scene of numerous bike races, time trials, and informal paceline work, especially on the weekends and, beginning immediately after Daylight Savings Time ends (in March), Tuesday and Thursday evenings. This sand in the corners is dangerous, and cyclists in packs cannot see it because they are following the man in front of them. In a high speed situation if a cyclist fails to see this sand and rides into it he will lose control and crash, possibly taking other cyclists with him. Can the City sweep the INSIDE loop every 2-3 weeks beginning in March and perhaps ending in October? THANK YOU!
