It was very trial and error to follow the steps to submit a report of a possible water main leak using the app on my Android phone. It's much easier when I do it on my laptop computer.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us. We are pleased to report back to you that this issue is now resolved. We have been checking the area and there does not seem to be water flowing anywhere. A leak detection will be scheduled for the area.
