Deskripsyon

I want the owner of a black Lab with an orange collar to contain the dog. It runs loose 24/7, in the middle of the road. it knocks over my garbage and uses my yard as a toilet.
If you don't tie your dog, I am picking it up and taking it to the dog pound.

There is no 100 Marshall Lake Rd. I live at the Newfield end, in the 100's, and there are no loose labs around here. The pointer on the map seems to be at the Norfolk Rd end of Marshall Lake - that would be in the 1200's or so.
