The City put a trash can here recently. It does need to be emptied.
Yesterday, my wife and I collected litter from the area into a trash bag which we left beside the trash can. We also pulled another trash bag and a box from behind the berm near the yellow gate. Please do not confuse our clean up effort with additional illegal dumping.
