who in the world would send out your plow trucks without chains in a blizzard. i assume it was the director of public works. if so i would hope her boss being the mayor i assume would do something about it. i wouldn't believe it if i didn't see it with my own eyes. i witnessed a plow truck on canton st stuck without chains. the town barn must be run by a bunch of clowns.
