We have a Charlotte Encore delivery person who seems happy to litter our developments with this highly unwanted newspaper on Wednesdays (usually). They throw it at our driveways but they almost always miss. These papers end up in our shrubs/plants, flowers, on the lawn. in the street to become pulverized by cars.. People don't pick these up, probably because they're upset that it even arrives. Charlotte Observer doesn't car to return calls, answer emails.

Any one of us does this sort of thing and we'd be fined for littering. Time for the Charlotte Observer to stop littering our sub-divisions else we're gonna start calling the police to have people arrested for littering.
