No action on this important issue. This is a poor neighborhood primarily of new immigrants and african-americans. Most of them are unlikely to be aware of this site or to even have computers, so getting additional on-line support is unlikely.

I've worried about this intersection for a long time, given the level of speeding on this section of East. Can the city paint narrower lanes as a temporary measure to try to bring the speeds down? I think this affects drivers as well as pedestrians.

Sigh. We still have an almost invisible crosswalk.
