Agree, This traffic signal is ridiculous. Because of the traffic back up on north bound Lincoln Rd now, it is nearly impossible to turn left from the sounthboind side of Lincoln onto Quincy Pl NE when the traffic light turns green, holding up everyone behind turning right onto south bound North Capitol. At a minimum, a left turn signal should be installed.

Totally agree! The stop sign at this intersection worked perfectly, allowing for consistent flow. Another traffic light causes major gridlock in all directions. Ridiculous.
