Wow, trash over flowing again!

Closing but a chronic problem.

Again.

The JCIA has indicated that they are going to put signs on public trash cans to educate the public as to their proper usage and penalties for violation. I am changing the status to "open" until that happens.

Collection hasn't been a problem in many months. Closing.
