Comparable incidents here and downtown at State and Chapel northbound. Drivers decide they need to turn left but are in the rightmost lane and go ahead an make their turn across lanes of other traffic. Downtown, the driver was at a THREE-lane intersection and still cut across. This is becoming a city of crazy drivers. Do we have adequate traffic police?
