There is a failed patch in the middle of Kenyon near 511 Kenyon. It appears to be a repair from utility work (DC Water?) and the asphalt patch is failing and causing large trucks to bounce and make a lot of noise, which is waking neighbors up in the early morning. Please investigate and repair.
