This issue hasn't been resolved, at all!! OPEN IT UP, AGAIN! I live on the next block and I still see trash and recycle bins on the sidewalk. PRETEND THIS IS GEORGETOWN OR ANY PART OF NW,AND CLEAN THAT MESS!!!!!!

Contact the Director Howland person. I've been calling "311" weekly and nothing has been done, but giving me a run-around to a Street Sweeper. The cops don't do anything as well, but sleep and eat Popeyes, so contact that director and see if we can get this issue resolved

Ill need to send him an email. In the meantime see if you can get some other neighbors to rally to put our neighborhood "unwelcome" wagon out of commission. This is the only way things will get better over here
