This car has been abandoned on the street for several months. The tags are out of state (VA) & are expired. It is parked on the side of the street in front of an alley. It doesn't belong to anyone in the neighborhood and is parked where there are no residences. There are rats and trash strewn around it. Your assistance in having this vehicle towed/removed is greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a good day.
