People are moving their vehicles back to the underpass to live - blocking the sidewalk with tons of trash, unleashed dog. There are also bottles of @#$% there for weeks, and the sidewalks are hideously dirty with human waste - need to be powerwashed with bleach!! Main route for children walking to OUSD schools :(
