Sharraxaadda

Group of several Latino, possibly Central American, males in their 20's slinging drugs at SE corner of Market and 8th. All have sports hats and appear clean. Transaction occur on the stairs leading to the Muni platform. One is the scout, another takes the cash, another has the drugs. This doesn't look like a one-off operation. A whole contingent of homeless / addicts are congreting nearby as result. Be careful!
