Description

As a runner using the Valley Green trail and also a driver using Bells Mill Rd, I think the community would greatly benefit having speed breakers in W Bells Mill Rd. Given that people using the trail are crossing bells mill rd all day long to continue on the trail, and the fact that new drivers are surprised to see people crossing as they drive down is pretty scary situation. There is a STOP sign at the junction, but since the road slopes down to the junction it would be helpful for the driver to have a couple of speed breaks before they hit the junction where runners cross.
