Downtown streets are a disgrace! The drains on the corner of Main and Water filled with garbage. Empty store front doorways garbage and cigarette butts. All this talk about downtown renovation,but they can't even keep our main st clean. Shame on you city hall.

I'd Love to see that Entrance into Stop & Shop off of Water St near Reg Citizen,bar,to have One Side In & Other Out by the,it's Stupid & plenty of times we have Inches of clearance or need to wait for traffic to go 1st,RIP it OUT I see No use for it!!!
