2 issues= 1. Homestead Ave street lights are NOT bright enough. They are sooo dim, that they do not light up the street.
Please put UPDATED bulbs in lights!
2. Wine and Spirits trash, liquor bottles across street from home,plus I have caught men urinating near the building, (you should install cameras on the outside building) totally disgusting!! and at Crowell park, same thing trash on street and in park. Police should patrol --I'm sure partying goes on after dark.

IN THE DARK (Panauhin)

THE LIGHTS are so DIM they should be called DARK BULBS.THERE are so many street lights out in SPRINGFIELD you would think the commissioners and other enforcers would give THIS ATTENTION before the CAMERA fiasco but remember the street lights wont make money[haha]maybe the police night shift canreport them to the streets department thats part of PUBLIC SAFETY isnt ?

still not FIXED and Wine and Spirits still has trash and liquor bottles on ground near shrubs. I should not have to call and remind owner to clean up his mess!!! The street lights have not been installed on the street, this has been one month so far!!!

no the street lights are still like candles burning, and the trash from Wine n Spirits was cleaned up for a day because I called the township up, and they r suppose to regularly clean up over there..so no...still not really fixed!!

still no brighter street lights, it is too dark on this street at night, especially with it being off Baltimore Pike, you don't know who's wandering around this area!!! Taxes are way too high for here, and if you can't put better street lights than we have to do something else!!
