2 issues= 1. Homestead Ave street lights are NOT bright enough. They are sooo dim, that they do not light up the street.
Please put UPDATED bulbs in lights!
2. Wine and Spirits trash, liquor bottles across street from home,plus I have caught men urinating near the building, (you should install cameras on the outside building) totally disgusting!! and at Crowell park, same thing trash on street and in park. Police should patrol --I'm sure partying goes on after dark.
