Two that hat travel together sometimes have managed to leave one large pile of trash on one side of the street on 20th, another large pile of trash on the park side of the street, and two more piles of trash on Campbell st heading towards west grand. Ave. One of the men seems to stay in both of the rvs. He seems to think it's ok to build himself a large box house, usually outside the rvs. Today there is only the large rv. He has built his box house once more. It is across the street from the rv next to the baseball field. As often as he does this, he should get a job in construction.
I understand it is difficult to be homeless. But they don't have to be slobs.
Also since this trash has accumulated over the last month or so, regardless of who dumps it, the City should be cleaned it up a long time ago. I hold Oakland as accountable for this mess as I do the ones who made it.i would tell them to use a trash can or dumpster, but once more the CITY OF OAKLAND IS FAILING TO DO THEIR JOBS. THEY REMOVED ALL PUBLIC TRASH RECEPTECALS YEARS AGO.
