My next door neighbors to the right of my house have made it a consistent habit to disturb the neighborhood late at night usually starting at midnight and continuing on well past 3 or 4 am. I have called the local police more than once and they have had several conversations with the disruptive neighbors but they will not stop their disruptive behavior. They constantly have guests over and they will all stand outside yelling and blasting music, waking up and disturbing the whole neighborhood. If anyone tries to talk to them about it they start yelling and making threats. They are violating city ordinance 31-4 (2) and 31-4 (3).
