I observed a 1st Student bus speeding on Laurel St. from about 2:57-3pm, w/ 2-3 children left on board the bus still. Bus was doing at least 40 in a 25, which is how fast I had to speed up to in order to get the bus #: 879, CT plate# 03B17. A child on a bicycle was also riding, and bus went too fast and close to him.
