The alley behind 222 20th St has been left unrepaired for nearly 24 months. Because it has been left in a state of disrepair, people have begun dumping old cars on the unpacked land, making it difficult to park cars at our buildings. Additionally there is standing water that collects algae and is a breeding ground for mosquitos. Please come repair this alley.
