I'm hoping the Aston Police are checking this and do something about it. In past years, they've put a patrol car in a driveway to frighten the offenders, but that has done nothing...a speed bump has to be placed on Scarlet before we someone gets hit! People fly down the street with no regard for the people that live on the street or the children playing in the area.
