The yard has been full of junk for a couple weeks now. I know they had a yard sell last weekend but no signs advertising it. Normally there is stuff stacked on top of the cars too. Just a complete mess all around.

I will take a look on my way home tonight. I know its on the east side of N 10th St between 6th and 7th ave N. If it is a yard sell, how long can they set up shop? Weeks? Days? The city got onto him about a year ago for the same problem.

Do you have an update on this yet? This yard is a nuisance and makes our neighborhood look like a slum. Surly I can't be the only concerned person in our area.

I drove by the home again this morning. There are still couches on the front yard by the curb and the back yard looks like he is planning on filling it up with other peoples garbage.
