The drains at this gas station are so clogged with leaves that water is backing up onto the pavement. I've seen all the advertisements that leaves cause a huge problem and it's definitely worth educating the folks in the area who are in charge of the drain because it's backed up with a few pounds of dead leaves and lawn clippings.
