Still no response. Generally these issues are responded to and assigned within 1 day. Does anyone have a phone # I can call to report since this issue has not been responded to in over 2 years?!?

This tree has been dead for THREE YEARS! COME AND CUT IT DOWN! Every storm a branch falls off! We have had to drag branches out of the road and our driveway from this tree! It's going to fall on a car or person, and you're going to be responsible for it.
