Penndot (or whoever) cut rumble strips into the bike lane! I've been seeing these rumble strips recently along the yellow striping separating opposing lanes of traffic, but never along the lines on the right side of the traffic lane. The grooves are about 9" off the white line and are way too far inside the bike lane.
