Stpo wasting, 311 time ans Post real events that need to be adressed.. if animal life is in danger call the 911 or animal Control not 311..

Animal control has been called multiple times and it was not getting addressed. It's not a waste of 311's time to report issues like this, 311 will direct this issue to animal control. Many neighbors were calling and reporting. 911 will not get involved because a neighbor has already called. Talk about a waste of time.
