A huge pile of lumber has been dumped at the dead end of Juanita Street on Whitemarsh Island; I have left 5 VM messages since April 26 for Superintendent Keith Page with NO RESPONSE to date; this is unsightly and a haven for snakes, rats, raccoons, etc. to house. There are small children on this street!
