Deskripsyon

The Headstart school is a nightmare in the later afternoon with parents rushing to pick up their children. There is no crossing guard (only for Roger Sherman). I know that Headstart is a private entity, but could the city have a patrol car on Liberty Street - or at least make a strong recommendation to Head Start to hire someone for an hour or so? The traffic at this time of day is awful, and it would be nice to have someone available, or in the area to help prevent any accidents. Parents park on the wrong side of the street, block driveways, cross wherever, -without looking, etc. It's only a matter of time before a parent or a kid gets hit.
