It's awful at that intersection, I've lived in Meriden a couple years now & have never gone to that light and seen that arrow turn on. When the traffic is heavier in the afternoon, it is VERY frustrating to be stuck for a long time. Sometimes I go down past the police station and go around the block if I know there are too many cars. I think that is quicker than waiting because no one will be nice & let you go
