Really tired of people coming onto this block that does not live here to smoke weed and blast music it is getting out of control since this is a forgotten block. Currently in front of 27 ogden ave is a green lil car blasting music sunroof cracked open while the occupants are smoking. Tired of calling police cause by the time they come the car is either gone or the people are done smoking. It is getting out of hand now
