If you refer to Issue 3365200 you will find the following statement from the Green Team about the same piece of property. "Thank you for reporting your service request to the City of Huntsville. 
We cut this City property on 5/3/17. We have it on our regular scheduled maintenance list. Please call 256-890-6280 if you have any specific questions about this issue.". If it is private land I will take care of it myself. But if it is then the city does not need to be using tax dollars to cut it regularly.

BTW, here is a picture of the live tree in September 2006. You will notice how close work was done to this tree and this was before a deep hole was dug to bury new sewer lines.
