    In 2016, after a public meeting with the city, work was performed to stop the backup of water in the neighborhood. A spill over area was added to the north of the bridge to catch water that was backing up. In the meeting it was mentioned the bridge does not meet city code as it was built prior to November 2004. It's been nearly 20 years, more neighborhoods have been approved by the city along the creek yet nothing has been done to fix the real issue that causes the backup of water. Please bring your infrastructure up to code before a major problem arises.

    The city worked several months and surely spent a lot of money last year correcting a flooding issue. The new swim club business which has been cleaning their lot in preparation to open seems to not care about this. They are dumping their waste in the creek behind the pool.     I spoke with the city about 5 years ago about a dying tree behind my house and was told it was fine. It was damaged when sewer lines were installed in 2006. The tree fell this morning. I also reported here a month ago because neighbors throwing their yard debris behind the fence instead of using city services to dispose of properly. It was never picked up. What I am asking is will the city dispose of the tree? Or should I cut it myself and add to the neighbors debris pile?

    The new renters cleared the backyard off all trees and tossed the debris behind their fence onto neighborhood/city property. It is now about a 50' length of debris piled up along the creek bank. The city has trash pick up so could you please come remove this debris?

    While we appreciate the work to decrease flooding caused by growth in the area, minus the excessive tree removal, it's all for nought if the bridge cannot work as originally intended. One of the three barrels in the bridge is blocked by earth. Reaching beyond the normal flow of the creek.

    Our neighborhood has many people who walk throught warm weather and it would be nice to have one street light installed by the bridge. It's very dark and the slight bend in the road makes a cars headlights not illuminate towards the sidewalk where people walk.
