Description
I spoke with the city about 5 years ago about a dying tree behind my house and was told it was fine. It was damaged when sewer lines were installed in 2006. The tree fell this morning. I also reported here a month ago because neighbors throwing their yard debris behind the fence instead of using city services to dispose of properly. It was never picked up. What I am asking is will the city dispose of the tree? Or should I cut it myself and add to the neighbors debris pile?

We cut this City property on 5/3/17. We have it on our regular scheduled maintenance list. Please call 256-890-6280 if you have any specific questions about this issue.". If it is private land I will take care of it myself. But if it is then the city does not need to be using tax dollars to cut it regularly.
